Anne Bureau

Meet our Musical and Artistic Director Anne Bureau.

A passionate performer, coach, teacher and Music Judge, Anne brings her unceasing energy to our rehearsals, performances and contests.

Along with her husband Ig Jakovac, our in-house coach, and Certified Singing Judge, Anne and Ig bring their passion for barbershop harmony to the Liberty Belles through their combined 80 years of experience.

They are truly committed to teaching good vocal skills and bringing great musicality to every song.

In addition to providing exciting and compelling rehearsals, Ig and Anne have been in several quartets including Anne's championship quartet, Spectrum, the 1993 International Quartet Champions of Harmony, Inc. They continue to coach several top medalist quartets and choruses around the world.
